Yesterday, Monsignor Benjamin NDIAYE, Archbishop of Dakar, visited the site of the Marian Shrine of Popenguine accompanied by his delegation. SERTEM, which is in charge of building the 1st section, has done everything possible to lay the foundations, which are now 90% complete.
