The construction of this building in the heart of downtown Dakar was an opportunity for SERTEM to showcase its capacity for adaptation and innovation.

Narrow streets and heavy traffic made the earthworks, supplies and site installations complex to anchor a 50 cm thick invert over 400 m², at a depth of 7 m, completely submerged in the water table. Instead of the moulded wall system as initially recommended by the technical design office, SERTEM has designed and implemented appropriate means and techniques to lower the slick. The use of Doka equipment made it possible to execute the peripheral sails by boxing them up just on one side.

The building is designed in a contemporary style with modern materials and facades in curtain wall/double glazing and alucobond.

Its 3,500 m² of floor space includes: 2 basements for parking and technical premises – 9 levels of office space.
