This office building has been fitted out as an open space with some plasterboard partitions. The shallow water table level of about one meter in the rainy season made it necessary to waterproof the buried structures.

The basement houses the conference room, archives and a cafeteria. The facades are treated with modern materials. PARKLEX and Alucobond, worked in complementary contrasting shades and on classic volumes, offer well harmonized facades.
