High standing residence designed in a sober and refined contemporary style. SERTEM carried out the structural work for the building built on 5 levels with almost 5000 m² of floor space, facing specific constraints in the execution of the earthworks.

The nature of the rocky terrain composed of dolerite, the cramped working space associated with the building's right-of-way over the entire site, the sensitivity of the neighborhood of two embassies and the location of the project in a prestigious residential area made the use of explosives impossible.

SERTEM used expansive mortar and machinery to extract 1,500 m³ of bedrock and thus create the subsoil in accordance with the architect's requirements.
