The priority phase of the ZESID is part of an overall development and servicing project for a 918-hectare site located in the municipality of Diass, in the department of M'Bour, in the region of Thiès.

The works associated with the programme for this 95 hectare priority phase consist of:

-The construction of a general perimeter fence around the 718 hectares,

-The construction of an access road from the A1 motorway,

-The construction of an access road from the RN1 highway,

-The development and servicing of a 95-hectare industrial and logistics platform comprising:

🔹 General earthworks,

🔹 Roads with surfaced pavement structure, kerbs and pavements,

🔹 Sewerage and rainwater management works for the platform and roads,

🔹 Electricity and public lighting networks,

🔹 Drinking water supply networks,

🔹 Fibre optic networks.

- The construction of a wastewater treatment plant for the 95-hectare site, which will be upgraded to cover the entire 718-hectare site,

- The construction of administrative buildings for APIX.
