The work involved in fitting out the garden includes:

- Roads and miscellaneous networks (VRD)

- Structural work

- Waterproofing

- Protection

- Tiling

- Coating

- Aluminium and metal joinery

- Painting

- Plumbing

- Electricity

- Carpentry and roofing

- Equipment for play areas and street furniture.

It should be noted that 33 lampposts have been installed and that these light points are entirely autonomous and solar-powered.‍
